Our intervention in this project consist in the designing of the architectural and structural layout for an extension of a private villa in Orpington, UK. The desired result is a 2 story villa with an open kitchen on the first floor, looking towards the patio through a glass facade. Light will enter from the modern grey aluminium french doors and the roof light above.
PRIVATE VILLA Romania
This is a new project of a 2 story villa in Romania designed to be immersed in the surrounding nature but also to express her strong personality. In 300 m2 surface are included one big open space kitchen and living room and 4 master bedrooms, 2 of them with en suite bathrooms.
EXTENSION AND RENOVATION FOR A PRIVATE HOUSE, UK
Architectural and structural intervention for a private house in Kent, United Kingdom. The project consist in a new extension that contains an open kitchen and dinning area in the first floor, new bedrooms in the second one and a loft in the last floor. Renovation of the old part of the house consist in structural interventions that will connect the old and the new construction.

Architectural and structural layout for an extension of a private villa in Kent, UK. The 2 story existing villa has a new extension that contains kitchen and living room. The main objective of the architectural intervention in facade was to be non invasive in the total style of the neighborhood. The structural project links the original construction with the new one. Interior is design to be full of light and space. The glass facade looks towards the patio.
